The Galala project comprises the Galala Toll Station which is the main entrance to the new 82km free Galala highway reaching to Zaafrana, and a petrol station with a retail area, a car service center, a mosque, a police & ambulance station. challenges encountered were a very tight project duration, constant variations, & poor funding. ECC used profession best practices to ensure a high quality, a smooth delivery and overall stakeholders satisfaction.
